Karate The Karate Club practice on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at Abbotsham Village Hall from 18.30 until 20.30
All ages are catered for but six years plus is preferred. Beginners are welcome as are those more experienced who are looking for something different.
Chen tai chi is incorporated to introduce fluidity and focus of energy. Weapons practice is carried out by more experienced practitioners, e.g. bo, bokken, shinai, knife, and Broadsword.
