Cathy's  Keep Fit

Friday Nights 6-7pm

Held in the Village Hall - £4 per session
Age range from 30 years, it’s a fun class which aims to improve muscle tone, strength, co-ordination, flexibility and increase your range of movement; through easy to follow dance steps, stretches and core exercises. Good for beginners and those wanting to get back into fitness and also for those wanting to maintain a good level of fitness.
Please bring a mat.
